Vice Static is an online-only store based in New South Wales, Australia. We do not operate a physical shopfront, so email is the fastest and best way to reach us.
Response times
We answer every email within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST (Sydney time). Messages sent over a weekend or an Australian public holiday are answered on the next business day.
What to include
To help us sort things out on the first reply, please include:
- Your order number (it starts with a # and is in your confirmation email)
- The email address you used at checkout
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos, if you are reporting a damaged, faulty or incorrect item
Common questions
- Where is my order? Check your shipping confirmation email for tracking. Production takes 2–7 business days and delivery a further 5–15 business days — see our Shipping Policy.
- Something arrived damaged or wrong. Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it — see our Return and Refund Policy.
- I need to change my order. Email us within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts.
