1. Overview

This website is operated by Vice Static. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Vice Static. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink, such as our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any Service.

2. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Our products

All items sold by Vice Static are printed and manufactured on demand after you place your order. Product images on this site are digital mockups intended to represent the design as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly between screens, print runs and garment batches, and print placement may vary by up to approximately half an inch. These variations are normal for print-on-demand manufacturing and are not considered defects.

Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering. Sizing is provided by our manufacturing partners and may differ from other brands you own.

4. Pricing, orders and acceptance

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, orders that appear fraudulent, and orders placed on products listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. By submitting an order you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual property and independence

Vice Static is an independent brand. All designs sold on this site are original artwork created by or licensed to Vice Static, and all site content, including artwork, text, product photography, logos and layout, is owned by Vice Static and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, copy, resell or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

Vice Static is not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates or licensees, or to any other video game publisher or developer. Any third-party names, trade marks or titles that appear anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used, if at all, for descriptive purposes only.

7. User submissions and reviews

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, photographs or other materials, whether at our request or otherwise, you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish and distribute them in any medium without restriction or obligation to compensate you. You are responsible for any comments you make and agree that they will not violate any third-party right, contain unlawful or defamatory material, or include malicious code. We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive or otherwise objectionable.

8. Prohibited uses

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, crawl or scrape; for any obscene or immoral purpose; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the site.

9. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the goods or the payment of the cost of resupplying the goods.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vice Static and its officers, contractors, agents and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14. Termination

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use our site. If in our sole judgement you fail to comply with any term of this agreement, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and refuse access to our Service.

15. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

16. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
